Inlay artist Yelmo Natachu. He is extremely good at his craft
and this piece certainly shows it well. Money clip base is
Nickle Silver , While the medallion holding the inlay is Sterling
Silver. Cannot use Sterling for the actual clip as it is far to soft
, and the repeated use will only cause it to break. Minerals
used to make this beautiful money clip, include Turquoise,
Red Coral and M.O.P. Signed on the back as I have included

last week in Zuni, New Mexico on the Indian Reservation. It is
made of I believe of Nickel Silver, with a double Bear Paw
design in which there are two stones of Malachite locked in
with saw tooth-bezels. Very nice work , but is unsigned ,
however, since it is from the Reservation, it is guaranteed to
be authentic in all detail. It is the law on the reservation, that
no copies, fakes or imports of any kind are allowed to be sold
as Zuni otherwise. Measures about 2'' long by about 3/4''
wide. Great gift item to be sure. Thanks for your interest

This is a money clip newly created by Effie Calavaza. Effie has
been making jewelry which is highly prized all over the world
for about 50+ years. Even continuing after Jaun her husband
died in the early 70's. Her hallmark is Effie C. - Zuni. It is on
the back of this and all of the pieces she makes. Now in
keeping with her tradition, this money clip is made very
similar to all of her work which uses the snake as her
"secondary" trademark. The snake is entwined around two
stones of Turquoise which are each about 1/2'' long by about
3/16'' wide. The base of the money clip is nickel silver while
all the insert or medallion is Sterling Silver. Sterling Silver
being too soft to make the actual springy clip from as
inserting money and constantly spreading and closing it
would cause Silver to break. Signed in her long-standing
hallmark "Effie C. Zuni. This purchase will come with a C.O.A.
